My work

Abstract graphic with a yellow leaf shape and an orange asterisk on a green background.

Think

I create space for thinking and reflection where organizations step back, question assumptions, and explore which ideas are truly worth pursuing.

Workshops, dialogues, and structured conversations that turn complexity into shared understanding.

Learn

I design learning experiences that help teams develop the mindset and tools needed to explore new ideas.

From executive courses to innovation labs, the programs help organizations learn how to test ideas before investing in them.

Innovate

I facilitate the structured innovation processes that help organizations test ideas, reduce uncertainty, and make better investment decisions.

From early exploration to market validation, I support teams in turning promising ideas into credible initiatives.

Growing up across cultures taught me how people see the world differently — and how powerful intentionally designed experiences can be in shaping behavior and enabling cognitive transformation.

After years working in global corporate environments as user experience designer and designer and innovation manager, helping teams explore and improve products and services at scale, I realized that meaningful change doesn’t start with tools or processes — it starts when people learn, reflect, and grow together.

Today, I work at the intersection of research, facilitation, and experience — creating collective experiences that help institutions, communities, and organizations think, learn, and change together.

In a world optimized for speed and scale, time together, intentional connection, and deeply human experiences have become the true luxury.

In an era of constant acceleration, hyper-efficiency, and digital overload, what people crave most is not more features or faster delivery—but meaningful connection. Designing for deep human experiences means creating spaces that foster presence, relationship, and purpose.

As a result of my research on the topic, I’ve created a free guide to help you rethink how you design experiences—moving beyond optimization toward connection, trust, and transformation. Feel free to explore principles, frameworks, and practical prompts you can apply to your work, your organization, or your community.

Collaborations

The way we work is evolving—and we’re not going back. I started this Studio to have the autonomy to create value for my audience and follow the impact of my work from beginning to end. I also wanted the freedom to collaborate with people who inspire me and organizations I truly want to contribute to. Here are some of them:
