There's a better approach to doing things, and that's all about focusing on people and intentionally designing interactions, services, and environments that make life better. It's not just about the technology; digital transformation is more about recognizing the bigger challenge of our era – deeply understanding people, and designing ethical and equal technology so that it can benefit humanity and help us address problems we can't face alone.
